Refund Policy

1. Donations

Donations to Mission Modi Again PM are voluntary contributions towards its social and organisational work. Once received, a donation is generally not refundable.

2. When we will refund

• The same payment was charged more than once (duplicate transaction).
• An amount different from the one you chose was debited because of a technical error.
• The payment was made by mistake and you write to us within 7 days with the transaction reference.

3. Membership contribution

A membership contribution is refundable only if the application is rejected, or if the payment was made in error as described above.

4. How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] or call +91 9457 382 238 with your name, phone number, amount, date and transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; banks typically take 5–10 working days.

5. Receipts

Receipts are issued for confirmed donations. Tax-exemption benefits (such as 80G) apply only where the organisation holds and displays a valid registration on its Transparency page.
