Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website operated by Mission Modi Again PM ("the Mission", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using our website, registering as a member, making a donation or otherwise engaging with our services, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of this website constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications. These Terms operate in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, all of which form a single, binding agreement between you and the Mission.

2. Membership

Membership of Mission Modi is open to all citizens of Bharat who are eighteen years of age or above and who subscribe in good faith to the objectives and code of conduct of the Mission. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of the National Committee and may be suspended, revoked or refused without assigning any reason. Members must keep their registration details current and may not transfer or assign their membership to any other person.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the values of the Mission. Specifically, you shall not:

• Upload, post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful or incites violence
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with the Mission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected database
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers or crawlers to harvest content without prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance or availability of the website
• Use the website for any commercial solicitation or unauthorised political campaigning

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio clips, video clips, the Mission emblem and the underlying source code — is the property of Mission Modi Again PM or its licensors, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable international treaties. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse or repost any material from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

5. User Content

When you submit photographs, testimonials, comments or other materials to the Mission, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt and publish such content for the purposes of the Mission. You warrant that all content you submit is your original work, does not infringe any third-party rights, and complies with applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion without prior notice.

6. Donations

All donations received by the Mission are voluntary contributions used solely to further its charitable and social objectives. The Mission is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and donors will be issued a receipt eligible for tax deduction as per applicable law. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Donations once made are generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled
• Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate transactions or technical error, on written request within seven days of the transaction
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment instrument within fifteen working days
• The Mission is not liable for any bank or processor charges deducted during refund

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Mission disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Mission, its office bearers, karyakartas and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of this website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mission Modi Again PM and its representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be highlighted on the website and will take effect from the date of posting. Your continued use of the website after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
